Dynamic Interface: A dynamic interface “Contact Us” page can be created,sample here utilizing Perl/CGI (Common Gateway Interface) or PHP (hypertext pre-processor). This creates an interactive form that can be accessed by the website visitor. A template with values is filled out by the visitor, and this generates an email which is retrieved by the designated medical office personnel.
